Punjab clamps down on e-cigarette e-commerce

A number of electronic cigarette sites that have been breaking the law by selling electronic cigarettes into the Punjab, India, have been told to quit their activities, according to a story on Punjabnewsexpress.com.

On the directions of Health Minister Surjit Kumar Jiyani, the State Tobacco Control Cell has issued notices to various e-commerce sites that were said to be violating the Drugs and Cosmetics Act ‘with impunity’.
