Illicit cigarettes seized in Bulgaria
Dec 7, 2009—Interior Ministry and Customs officials have busted a major illicit cigarette trafficking ring, according to a Novinite story.
The organizations said they had seized 225,000 packs of cigarettes with a value of more than BGN1 million.
The cigarettes, comprising those bearing the brand names Marlboro, Victory, Prestige and Chunghwa, were discovered on Thursday in Sofia.
