Grandson on board

Lucien Villiger will join the boards of Villiger Soehne Holding and Villiger Soehne AG.
“I am pleased that my grandson Lucien has decided to serve as a member of the board of directors of our companies,” said Heinrich Villiger, chairman of the two boards of directors. “He will bring the knowledge and energy of a younger generation into the company and lead it into the future.”
Lucien replaces Walter Grueebler, who will retire from the board of directors. In a press statement, Villiger Soehne expressed appreciation for Grueebler’s considerable contributions to the company.
