Hausmann retires

Carl L. Hausmann will retire from the Alliance One International board of directors, effective as of the 2018 annual shareholders meeting.
“We are very fortunate to have had Carl on our board as we embarked upon our ‘One Tomorrow’ transformation,” said Pieter Sikkel, chief executive officer and president.
“His experience and counsel have played a key role in guiding our company through a time of significant change, and he has been instrumental in helping set the foundation for our company’s future.”
