Fluid control systems previewed

C.B. Kaymich has previewed some new products, including its Tank Agitation system, which has been designed to work alongside the company’s Gemini flavour-application system to ensure a homogenous mix of liquids.

The Gemini system is the latest version of the first on-line flavor application system, which was introduced to the tobacco industry 28 years ago

The simple technology of the Tank Agitation unit is said to deliver an effective and economic system that reduces melt time and ensures all substances remain blended.

Another new product previewed was the Gemini Data Capture with barcode reading and labelling, which provides for quality assurance through batch traceability.

Other new products included a modular flavour dispensing system and new bulk melt and pumped hot melt adhesive systems.
